I will show you how to access it.

Windows

If you’re in Windows go to Start > Run > type “cmd” > Enter. Windows command line appears. Type ping -t websiteaddress for example ping -t www.aprillins.org. You’ll see IP address like 174.120.xxx.x. Okay copy that IP and paste it into your browser. TaDa! You get what you want.

Linux

If you’re in Linux open your terminal and type ping websiteaddress. It will generate IP too, copy and paste it like the way I showed you above.
